TWorld Training Terms and Conditions How to book: To book a course and a booking form for a course please email info@tworldstudio.co.uk Students information All students are informed of available dates, course start and finish times plus their requirements and code of conduct in their student welcome email. Course dates / course times These are dependant on the course that the student has enrolled upon. Course Prices Our course prices displayed on our website at the time of enrolment will be the prices you are charged. Prices can be altered at any time without prior notice. Training Academy This is at our head office at TWorld Studio, Unit 3 Weeford Workshops, Hungry Lane, Weeford, Lichfield Staffordshire, WS14 0PR. Any training on location students will be informed in advance. Course fees and payment Payments plans can be accessed by students- but this is not available on all courses in our prospectus. All booking fees are non refundable. The balance payment for all training courses must be paid prior to training completion. But all students will be informed of these dates. If any payment is missed on a payment plan training is immediately suspended. And no training dates or certificate will be accessible to the student. If you can't make the original course date for whatever reason we can offer one further date long as we have had 3 days notice. If repeated cancellations are made and Tworld Training lose excessive amounts of dates due to a student cancellations, Tworld training will deduct cancelled dates from your training. Students who opt to pay via Instalments plan are fully responsible for the complete payment should they decide to not continue with the course full payment is required. Once students have informed TWorld Training that they no longer wish to continue the complete outstanding payment must be paid. Failure to do so, Each outstanding payment will be referred to retrieval of the fees and passed over to a Debt collections agency. Once training has commenced no refunds will be issued. Extreme circumstances TWorld Training reserves the right to alter course dates, venues, course content, materials, tutors and course requirements at any time without liability and may be without prior notice may have to postpone the course, or change the date of the course in extreme circumstances - but we will always give you as much notice as possible before the date and offer you the next available date. If we do this and you can't make the new date / location your fee will roll over to the next course you can make. If we cancel with more than 5 days notice, we are unable and are not liable to pay back any pre-booked travel costs incurred All course fees are non refundable and non transferable, TWorld Training are not able to offer refunds due to cancellations eg. adverse weather, terrorism, transport issues, flooding or industrial issues. Payment Methods -Payments can be made by bank transfer, card or cash payments. We do not accept PayPal. Cancellation policy- Once training has commenced we do not offer a refund if there is a date you cannot attend. You will be appointed a new date at a more convenient time as long as the designated time of notification has been given by the student. In the event you cannot attend a training session and a model has been booked we do need 3 days notice of cancellation.If less time of a cancellation notice os given to us the model still must be paid. Less than this it is at our discretion to honour future dates in extreme circumstances. FORCE MAJEURE   TWorld Training shall/will not be liable to the student for any delay in learning, financial loss or failure to perform any of its obligations under these terms and conditions which is due to any cause beyond its control and which is unknown to, and cannot reasonably be anticipated by TWorld Training including without limitation fire, floor or catastrophe, plague, acts of God, insurrection, workforce action, war or riots, (an “Event of Force Majeure”) and TWorld Training’s obligations under these terms and conditions shall be suspended for so long as the Event of Force Majeure continues and to the extent that it is so delayed. Models for courses In some instances models are required for courses. Students will be instructed by Tworld Training when they need to provide models. It is the students responsibility to provide models (when instructed) in order to take practical assessments. It is not the responsibility of Tworld Training to provide models for students to pass their practical assesment. Case Studies and Supporting Study Material Where supporting materials and case studies are required to be completed by the student, these must be completed to required industry standards which are governed by the accrediting body. The case studies and supporting materials are to ensure the student can gain the portfolio of work to attain the assessment standards. If the student does not complete these then the grade cannot be attained and a pass not accepted by the accrediting body. Training and communication. All students are responsible to ensure they meet the requirements and complete study set our by TWorld Training and the tutors in order to meet their course requirements. This includes any study set out by tutors within the training centre, online or at home case studies. If any student does not complete course requirement it is the responsibility of the student if they do not meet the course criteria and standard.TWorld training are not liable and students will be invited to extra sessions at cost to the student in order to complete the course. All students must complete their training within 6 months once enrolled. If they have not completed after this time for what ever circumstance. TWorld Training will not extend training time courses or pass any student. TWorld Training will not accept any plagiarism. In this instance action will be taken and no student will receive certificate of course completion. All material/imagery is copyright to TWorld Training and must not be reproduced in any form or used without permission. Tworld Training accept no responsibility for possessions or valuables whilst on our premises. Tworld Training is a strictly no smoking premises. We also respect your privacy at all times and all student information is confidential. Our Training Academy will do its upmost to keep students informed and communicate with students in every possible way. However we will not be held responsible for any emails that you do not read/messages you do not read/listen to on time which relate to your course, changes or cancellations. If you do not hear from us then please email or telephone us so that we can re send any emails you do not receive. We will not be held responsible for students not receiving work and not contacting us about this issue. Students must also check their email folders as messages may go in to junk or spam due to their security settings. Therefore please ensure that you thoroughly check all folders before making contacting. Confirmation notice. Once you have enrolled and signed your student agreement you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Failure to comply and meet these terms and conditions will result in dismissal from the course with no transfer, refund and further action when required. NO courses are a guaranteed pass. We do endeavour to ensure opportunities are given to students to attain the required level.
