Hair Extension Technician training

Recently Fay attended our one day 6 methods hair extension training course and we just wanted to take the time to congratulate her recent successes. She had already completed her level 3 in hairdressing so this course was taken to compliment and expand her existing skills. She will then have the ability to broaden her client base but be flexible enough to work around her having young children.
During the course Fay learned all about the various systems that are suitable for a variety of clients and their hair types.

Methods included in the Hair Extension Technician Training are
Keratin Pre Bonded,
Shrinkies,
micro rings,
micro beads,
nano beads
Micro bead weave
Tape weave.

So all the latest trends and techniques are taught to students. Not only this but a kit is included with the training so students are all ready to go upon completion of training and whilst Fay is a qualified hairdresser. This course can be taken by students at all levels.

Other aspects covered during training were client consultation so the student could get a good understanding of what a client’s expectations are and also how to advise them whether the system they have in mind in suitable for them. If not then the client can be directed to the correct method to suit their hair type, texture and condition. The final element of the training course is how to cut extensions. This is a very specific method to extensions which is a very different technique to a regular hair cut.

Upon completion of her hair extension training Fay came back and also trained in Spray Tanning. She has now took the bold step and set up her own business working mobile and from home. We have given her advice as to how to get set up to attract new clients. Therefore we wish to support her in her new venture.
