Congratulations to Kelly
Who completed her Lash Lift and Tint Training. Performing the treatment on her model Jess she had an amazing result using the 3 system Lash Lift, perm (lift lotion), neutralise and nourishing oil and Lash tint in the shade of black.
During this Lash Lift and Tint Training course students not only learn how to perform this treatment. But also how to perform a professional consultation. This is to determine whether the client is suitable for the treatment. Or to find out if they have any medical reason why they cannot have the treatment done. This is called a contra indication and some contra indications are contagious others are more medical and non contagious. Either way it is vital for a therapist to know this information so they can work within professional standard guidelines. Aswell as to ensure a positive treatment is performed.
Before any treatment a client must have a skin patch test with the products to ensure they have no allergies to the products that will be used. This is normally done 24/48 hours prior to the treatment being done. Students learn that a positive test where a client has a reaction to products. EG any redness, itchiness or blistering. Then students cannot do the lash lift/tint on their clients. A negative result will be that the client has no reaction at all. Therefore they can have a lash lift.
Upon completing modules for application of the products, including taping lashes, using the correct solutions in the correct routine. Timings for solution processing and removal of all products. Students are then taught on aftercare procedures so they can advise clients on the care of their lashes. To ensure the treatment will last.
This is such a popular treatment for clients and an essential training course for therapists and salons to expand their service menu.
